Error during Activation


Summary

If an error occurs during activation, please check the following.

1) If you are connected to the Internet, you may be using a proxy.

Set the Proxy.
ActiveImage Console > Menu Bar > Preferences > Agent
or
ActiveImage Console > Menu Bar > Preferences > Proxy

Do Activation.
ActiveImage Console > Menu Bar > Help > Activation

2) If you are not connected to the Internet.

Please request offline key to us.
